そのまま放っておくとどうなるの？

妊娠・出産で開いた骨盤は出産後、放っておいても自然に正しい位置に戻ることはほとんどありません。特に帝王切開の方は尚更です。

骨盤ベルトってどうなの？

産後ベルトを病院で準備するように言われるところもあり、かなりの信頼を置いているママも多いかと思います。

いいものは１つ7,000円の商品もあり、「これで骨盤をしめれるなら！」と金額に厭わず購入されますが、でも、ちょっと待ってください！

骨盤ベルトだけに頼ることはおすすめできません。
特にベルトを間違った位置につけられている場合が多く、その締め付けにより内臓を圧迫して、体調（冷え性、便秘、生理痛）を崩す可能性やさらに骨盤周辺の筋肉量の低下によるだるさが心配されます。

また、頻繁に調整しないと、正しい位置でキープする持続力が極めて低いともいわれています。

いつ頃までにすればいいの？

妊娠中は骨盤を固定しているじん帯が緩み、骨盤を広げることで胎児を育みます。出産後、広がった骨盤は時間をかけてゆっくりと元に戻ろうとします。

ただ自力でやっても元の位置に骨盤が戻ることはほぼありません。

緩んだ靭帯は時間が経つにつれて固まってしまい、そのまま骨盤も固定してしまいます！

なので正しい位置に戻す時期は産後1ヵ月頃が最適と言われており、骨盤矯正適応時期は、出産後約24か月までがおおまかな目安となっております。高い効果を得るには、できるだけ早めの矯正をおすすめいたします。

出産後のお身体はとてもデリケートな状態です。強い刺激を与える施術は、ママさんのお身体に負担をかけてしまいます。骨盤の開きをしっかり締めて、ズボンが履けなくなる最大の原因（骨盤の出っぱり）もしっかり整えていきます。

国家資格を取得したスタッフが、お家で自分でできるストレッチのアドバイスもお伝えしていますので、再発予防にも効果があります。

当院では患者様管理を徹底して患者様が来院される前までに治療経過や治療内容の確認を行って事前準備をしています。なので担当スタッフが変わることはありませんので安心して通院できます。
